5. Data Retention

SMS message logs are retained for 12 months from the date of the communication, or longer if required by applicable law or ongoing business need. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
