SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Rigby Financial Group uses SMS text messaging for 1-to-1 business communications between employees and contacts, including scheduling, support, and operational updates. This program is not used for marketing or automated/API-driven bulk messaging.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rigby Financial Group employees through our designated business phone numbers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on business need and individual conversations. You may receive messages only when a Rigby Financial Group employee actively contacts you.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

5. Opt-In / Help

Reply START to re-enable messages after opting out. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us directly at erigby@therigbygroup.com.

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all messages sent and received. Rigby Financial Group does not charge for SMS communications.

7. Supported Carriers

Most major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Service is not available with all carriers and may be limited in certain areas.

8. Prohibited Use

SMS communications through this program may not be used for:

• Marketing, promotional, or advertising content
• Automated or bulk messaging
• Harassment, abuse, or unlawful purposes

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of SMS communications after changes constitutes acceptance.
